In the first part of our Spider-Man specials to celebrate the re-release of the live action movies on the big screen this month Jim & Adam look back at Sam Raimi's orginal trilogy ( 2002, 2004 and 2007), starring Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, James Franco and J. K. Simmons.
On this recording Aaron Flanagan from the Comic Book Guys in Belfast pops in to give us the 101 on the character's comic book orgins and local filmmaker Brian Mulholland shares his love for the films.
Show Notes
How Tobey Maguire Got the Part in “Spider-Man” (2002) (youtube.com)
All the Sexual Misconduct Allegations Against James Franco (thecut.com)
As always each recording is filled with spoilers, silliness and bad-language along with tangents a-aplenty.
